I have worked at intY for just under 12 years. Having started out on our first line support desk, I have seen many changes over the years as the company has evolved and moved into SaaS and cloud services. These changes mean there have always been new systems, products and projects to get involved in. I work with a professional and dedicated team of customer support analysts and operations engineers who all do a fantastic job, which makes my job easier and enjoyable.
