14th May 2020 - Symantec is currently experiencing issues processing new orders, licence changes and cancellations across their entire customer base. As such we are experiencing longer than usual processing times. We apologise for any inconvenience and we are working with Symantec to prioritise any pending licence amendments.
All provisioning of Symantec SEPC service has been ceased until further notice. Including net new increase decrease and cancellations. Your current licences are still valid, however, Symantec will be ceasing services and closing the platform in November 2020. Please contact your Cloud Sales Specialist for further information.
