Our Exchange 2010 End of Support webinar was presented by the intY pre-sales team. It focused on Exchange 2010 ahead of it going End of Support (EOS) on 13th October 2020.
What End of Support means for Exchange 2010:
- There are risks in leaving your customers on an unsupported product
- Alternative solutions are available, such as Office 365
- intY can offer advise on how to migrate your customers to a new solution
What does EOS mean to me as a partner and my customers?
Microsoft typically releases their products in 10-year cycles. This means that Exchange 2010 as a solution will receive no more security updates, bug fixes or support come 13th October 2020.
As a result, now is the time to consider upgrading your solution. With the requirement for remote working on the rise, Office 365 is an attractive service for your customers to move to.
Mailboxes and data can be safely migrated from Exchange 2010 on-prem to Office 365 with BitTitan, whilst Nulia enables end users to utilise the new Office 365 platform.
