The Role

We’re recruiting for a CCO to partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to develop and lead the strategy of Vendor Management, New Product Introduction and the execution of all Marketing worldwide. Responsibilities will be focused on vendor onboarding and management, price books, demand creation, brand positioning, channel marketing, communications and go-to-market strategies. This position is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and you will work closely with the development, sales, operations and support teams to drive overall success and further establish the business as a global leader in Cloud software distribution.



Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Disseminate market trends identifying product and vendors
Leadership and accountability for all marketing functions including communications, branding, design, marketing automation, digital marketing and editorial content.
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to maximize brand awareness, growth and profitability.
Responsible for Vendor, Partner and Product data within the CRM. Establishing a deep understanding of customer journeys and customer lifetime value by channel and segment to shape future strategies.
Spearhead lead generation through digital, social, website, paid advertising, SEO, marketing automation, content marketing, PR, events, email, etc.
Create seamless and effective go-to-market plans for product launches and campaigns to generate revenue, foster customer loyalty, advocacy and attract new customers.
Responsible for the management of relevant market research, analysis, and planning to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
Develop, manage and track ROI metrics.
Build, manage and mentor a highly skilled team.
Uphold and demonstrate the company’s core values.

Experience required


Bachelor's degree or CIM Qualified, MBA preferred. MUST have experience working B2B Technology/Software sectors.


Extensive experience in a senior management position.


Clear understanding and experience of technology channel models. Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.

Proven track record of leadership achievements and building world class teams.

Relationship Builder

Building relationships at executive level.


Previous experience developing customer strategies to drive advocacy.


Regular international travel is required for this role.
