Leading IT vendors Microsoft, Symantec and Acronis flying in to attend intY Cloud Fest 2017

Reinforcing the Power of Connection event will bring together resellers, partners and vendors to network, learn and gain valuable industry insights.

intY vendors Microsoft, Symantec, Acronis and Highlight will all be attending the market leader’s annual Cloud Fest conference taking place on Wednesday 27th September in London. The event is a well known date in the cloud industry designed to bring together resellers, partners and vendors to network, learn and gain valuable insights, from some of the leading names in technology.

intY is a global cloud distributor, with an extensive network of partners located in key regions across the globe including UK, US and mainland Europe.

As part of its network intY can offer an extensive range of cloud services and solutions from industry leaders such as Microsoft, Symantec, Acronis and BitTitan. These services can be accessed via its award-winning self-service portal CASCADE, which enables partners to browse, order and manage services on behalf of their customers 24/7/365.

Hosted at The Brewery, in east-London, this year’s intY Cloud Fest will focus on reinforcing the ‘Power of Connection.’ Cloud technology has enabled businesses and other organisations to become more productive, more cost-efficient and ultimately more resourceful, but many questions whether this has come at the expenses of physical connections? During the one day the event attendees will have the opportunity to understand what it is like to become an intY partner, leveraging the opportunity to engage directly with the intY team as well as some of the world’s biggest cloud vendors in order to learn, grow, discover, share and adapt their services.

As part of the event presentations will also be delivered from a variety of leading industry experts including:

Ted Eisele, Senior Business Strategy Manager – Microsoft

Ted will be flying to London exclusively for intY Cloud Fest from Seattle and has over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry. He is responsible for helping CSP Partners accelerate their Office 365 marketing and sales and increase their profitability with an improved customer journey. In his keynote presentation, Ted will address how Microsoft can work with its partners to solve issues and improve service.

John Sorensen – Senior Executive Sales Leader – Symantec

John Sorensen is a seasoned leader with significant experience building and leading high performance sales teams. He serves as SVP, Sales at Symantec, leading the Worldwide SMB Sales and Global Cloud Channel organisation, responsible for worldwide sales strategy, and customer retention and acquisition for the small, medium and commercial sectors. John has spent 12 years at Symantec in a 30-year career in the IT market that has included spells at RSA Security and McAfee.

Jan-Jaap Jager – Chief Revenue Officer – Acronis

As Acronis rolls out Data Cloud all over the world, key executive Jan-Jaap Jager will be flying in from Asia exclusively for the event to explain Data Cloud to intY Cloud Fest attendees. In addition to this new solution the update will look into Ransomware and the back up market as a whole.

At intY we pride ourselves on helping our partners to build strong, lifelong and profitable business within cloud computing. As the shift moves swiftly from on premise to cloud, we understand that this is a daunting prospect. To ensure that every one of our partners can make this transition as smoothly as possible we created Cloud Fest to act as an epicentre for knowledge and discovery, which can allow them to build and develop their own cloud strategy.

Attendees to the event will have the opportunity to meet the dedicated intY team and build strong relationships across all of our business. Additionally, the panel sessions and master classes, hosted by the attending vendors, including Microsoft, Symantec and Acronis will also offer knowledge and insights, as well allowing the audience to interact and engage with influencers not typically available to them. It promises to be a truly memorable occasion for all those attending.
