Acronis Unlimited Cloud Storage + FAQ

This affects all current orders in CASCADE under Current Licensing Model (20.08) from now until the 31st August 2021*. Product details are as follows:

All current orders in CASCADE have automatically upgraded to the new SKU billing model. This also applies to any new orders placed from now through to the 31st August 2021*.

Later this year, Acronis is set to release a NEW Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud SKU. Further updates on this will be announced soon.

This includes free unlimited cloud storage for your customers personal data, meaning data generated by Microsoft 365 seats (Mailbox and OneDrive).

You will not be charged for the number of protected Microsoft Teams seats and SharePoint online sites, but will charge for the storage generated by them. Please note that this is only applicable to partners on current licensing (20.08), it is not available for those still using the legacy editions.

Acronis is due to release a new SKU including unlimited Acronis-hosted cloud storage, which means that there will be no cost for storage for any of the items (Mailbox, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams & SharePoint).

Partners will be charged for the number of protected Microsoft 365 seats (Mailboxes and OneDrive), plus the number of seats that have access to Microsoft Teams or SharePoint Online sites even if they are not protected.
