The Role

The US Sales Manager role assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of our US sales team and other defined sales metrics, reporting directly into the VP of Global Sales & Alliances. The US Sales Manager is a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with excellent man management skills. A primary sales responsibility is to drive new partners, IMR, develop pipeline and foundation for future growth across all territories.

The US Sales Manager is expected to have a thorough understanding of the channel and market for which intY operates within. This individual will demonstrate collaborative, authoritative, motivational and intuitive character traits to succeed in a continuously evolving sales environment while maintaining and over-achieving against our current levels of growth.

Reporting lines sales
Execute upon board-driven strategy
Work with departmental managers to drive sales activity
Build and maintain long- term, profitable customer relationships
Responsibility for the line management of our US-based sales team
Shared responsibility for hiring of the sales team
Train and coach, and ensure the team follows the company processes
Working with marketing on initiatives that pertain to growth
Maintain and develop CRM, keeping accurate records of requirements, usage, contacts, quotations and orders
Management of sales pipelines/forecasts

A minimum of 2 years’ management experience within a SAAS organization

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a channel organization

Strong and proven hands-on and man management experience

A genuine drive and passion for sales management and motivating a sales team

Strong knowledge of structural sales throughout the sales cycle and account management process
