The Job

We’re looking for a creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and select the very best talent in the market and to champion all recruitment related initiatives.

Instead, it’s about driving new content, showcasing the workplace environment and getting our current members of staff to have candid conversations. Candid because we truly believe that in order to really tap into passive market of talent, people need to hear dialogue, they need to hear unreserved excitement. Managing end to end recruitment process for roles at all levels
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to build and follow a recruitment strategy in line with the business needs
Understanding current and future resourcing needs, together with building the candidate pool to meet requirements
Managing and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System
Sourcing the very best candidates in the market in new and innovative ways to time, budget and quality
Providing recruitment advice and support to hiring managers
Liaising and building external relationships across the industry from apprenticeship providers, recruitment agencies to universities to event organisers
Promote our brand; business and culture
Internally monitor employee engagement and work with subgroups to ensure positive culture

Key Tasks include

Working closely with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs
Defining and creating job descriptions and person specifications
Writing engaging job adverts
Posting vacancies in carefully chosen media
Accurately tracking applications and status
Proactively search CV’s and candidates
Screening applications and conduct interviews
Arranging for candidates to complete assessments
Arranging interviews and supporting hiring managers in hiring decisions
Managing candidate expectations regarding salary, the role and providing accurate and timely feedback
Regularly attending relevant industry events and careers fairs
Establish relationships with current and future job seekers and building a pipeline tracker
Together with the Business support team, arrange for new hires onboarding
Monitor new hires progress and feedback holding 30/60/90 day interviews
Coordinate regular meetings with internal culture social groups, helping to organise employee events
To monitor and report hiring costs and key KPI’s as required
Take on new initiatives, projects and work on any other tasks as assigned

Experience working as an internal recruiter within tight timelines desirable
Experience of working within the technology marketing space desirable
History of recruitment and selection across a variety of functions at all levels
Success at using new and innovative sourcing methods to recruit top talent
Demonstrate best practice within recruitment
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
Commercial awareness
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure with good detail consciousness
Able to work autonomously, drive ideas and take initiative when appropriate
