The Role

A great opportunity for software tester to join a dynamic and growing technology company based on the outskirts of central Bristol. 
 
You will be working closely with development team; this role offers opportunities for progression and you’ll be part of an enthusiastic and friendly team where new ideas and methodologies are welcomed and encouraged. 
 

This isn’t your ordinary job, you’re here to revolutionise Cloud distribution whilst working closely with the world’s leading Cloud solution providers including Microsoft, Symantec, Acronis, and more.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Analysing users’ stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
Design and develop automation scripts when needed
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
Provide timely solutions
Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product life cycle
Provide support and documentation
Understand how schema-level and functional-level test cases are written for an API to be tested

Essential Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience as a Software Tester (or similar role)
Must have knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Must have knowledge of Test Reports
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Keen to learn new technologies
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Good to have knowledge of Agile framework
Good to have Automation testing experience i.e Selenium/ Cucumber etc.
