Sales Team Leader is responsible for first-tier problem escalation, process improvements, development of sales team and new hire training. He/she manages a team of Account Managers (Inside Sales), CPEM’s (Cloud Partner Enablement Managers) and PAM’s (Partner Acquisition Managers) selling specialty technology products and solution. It is their responsibility to remain updated on the challenges pertinent to their direct reports and their customers and to coach/develop them to drive sales growth. This is an executional role with opportunity for strategic input. Reporting to the Head of Sales.
