The Job

IntY are currently looking for a marketing assistant to join our rapidly growing marketing department.

You will be working in a fast-paced high growth SaaS environment, in an ELITE team that is renown in the industry for exceptional standards and performance levels.

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting both the Product and Brand functions of the marketing team. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and get the opportunity to work with Global leading brands like Microsoft, Zoom, Acronis, Bitdefender, Ring Central and more.

You will be an all-rounder with a diverse skillset and a forward-thinking mindset. We’re looking for confidence, and somebody who can express and articulate opinions objectively and be a key player in our team.

You will have a clear progression path to Product Marketing Executive within 12-18 months.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, enjoy a fast paced and evolving environment, and be able to manage multiple projects at once.

Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral for internal comms channels
Help organise and coordinate marketing events such as conferences and webinars
Take ownership of the internal events calendar and coordination for example, All Hands meetings
Provide administrative and project support
Support with the upkeep of CRM and other marketing tools
Support with the collation of marketing lists and marketing data
Support with the creation and distribution of internal newsletter
Ad-hoc duties as assigned

1+ years of experience in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisation skills with attention to detail
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
Technology Industry knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus (desirable)
Knowledge of analytics software i.e. Asana, Teams, HubSpot and ClickDimensions, Microsoft Dynamics, Native Analytic tools (desirable)
