The Job

The Cloud Sales Specialist reports to the Global Sales Manager and is the key point of contact ‘the go-to person’ between the organisation and partners. This role requires previous IT channel account management experience with a strong preference for experience in SaaS, PaaS or IaaS.

2-3 years’ experience is required in a partner account management role within the technology marketplace, along with a willingness to learn and an aspiration to develop.

Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to partners
Develop new and existing relationships with partners and generate cross selling opportunities
To achieve and aim to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
When necessary, arrange and attend sales visits
Host online presentations and demonstrations
Respond to quote requests and prepare proposals
Generate net new sales opportunities for channel partners by way of go to market strategies
Provide sales and limited technical training to channel partners
Drive the aggregation of multiple SaaS subscriptions to elongate the customer lifetime value

Experience required


2-3 years partner account management experience within the technology marketplace


Experience of working within a SaaS organisation

Customer Focused

Previous experience in a busy customer focused office environment

Sales Focused

Experience of working in an outbound sales focused environment


Demonstrable experience of working to month-on-month sales targets
