The Role

We’re recruiting for a CASCADE Ops Administrator who will ensure the smooth running of the CASCADE Platform 24/7. This is an FTC contract to cover Maternity leave – 7 months. This will include ensuring services are provisioned within SLA as well as providing migration support to new customers and working closely with the development team on new CASCADE features and testing.

This isn’t your ordinary job, you’re here to revolutionise Cloud distribution whilst working closely with the world’s leading Cloud solution providers including Microsoft, Symantec, Acronis, and more.

The working hours and compensation will be base salary plus 25% 
Evening shift: 16:00pm to 00:30am (25%) 



Processing orders for all manual workflow products ordered via CASCADE
Identifying and resolving problems related to existing CASCADE functionality and ensure relevant issues are escalated to the Development Team
Internal testing of Development releases to ensure they meet internal and external requirements
Resolving escalations from other internal intY teams and providing advice and training as required
Assisting and supporting the onboarding of new Partners and customers where required
Reconciling licensing requirements for our Partners and Vendors
Participating, where appropriate, with the onboarding of new Vendors and services onto the CASCADE platform including the production of order processing documentation

Skills & Experience


Essential Skills & Experience

  • You will have experience working on a Customer Service Desk
  • You will have a proven ability to problem solve
  • Proven enthusiasm for giving customers the best customer service experience
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills


Desired Skills & Experience

  • MCSA/MCSE focused on Microsoft Cloud Services or similar technologies or working towards
  • Experience using PowerShell and/or SQL
  • Managing migrations of users and customers between IT services
  • Basic understanding of DNS and all the different types of records
