The Role

The role will be a key part of our small finance team, reporting to the finance manager to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the finance function. 

Based at intY’s Head Office in Bristol, the role will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of accounting responsibilities.  The ideal applicant will be highly numerate and will have a logical and methodical approach to their work.  They will possess strong Excel skills and will have experience of working with Financial Force or a similar accounting software package.

Margin Reconciliations and analysis reporting
Vendor Incentives reporting and reconciliation
Bank reconciliations
SG&A cost analysis and reporting
Company Management account reporting
Control of financial documentation and process improvements
KPI Reporting

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of the workings in a finance team/accounting function
  • Experience of accountancy. Part qualified or learning AAT, ACCA or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – to act in a professional and helpful manner with members of the team and wider business
  • Good organisational skills
