As an Account Manager, you will be in charge of managing the company’s relationships with its partners. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of partners and generally stay with those partners for the length of their relationship with the company.
You will also be tasked with finding new partners, be assigned prospects, given existing accounts, or a combination thereof. This is an exciting end-to-end account management role, which means you will need constant oversight of your portfolio, including managing any issues or complaints, whether it be with finance, support, marketing etc.
